Welcome to the CECCARELLILAB page. We are group of scientists affiliated with University of Miami, working on systems biology and cancer genomics.

We develop novel computational methods to identify the main drivers of cancer progression and drug resistance through the analysis and dissection of molecular networks.

Our main research project is the development of a Systems Genetics Approach to Characterize the Immune Landscape of Glioma at Single Cell Resolution.
